I don't suppose there is any way to roll just the ratings tables in the DB back 15 months (unless you really over-achieved on your DB architecture), so if we want accurate ratings we either need to start over or have a bunch of people go through the 5-star rated tabs and give them honest ratings.
Or maybe setup a new rating system - 1-5 flats (♭) and just leave the Stars as they are?
