I'm from Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. Our claim to fame is Dave Grohl, who grew up in Springfield and played a lot in the Sterling Virginia area before moving to Seattle and joining Nirvana.
Our Canadian neighbours* are a fiercely proudful bunch, so probably best not to mention the “N” word.
*Superfluous “u” included as a courtesy.
