Before requesting tab check to see if it has already been tabbed.Im seeing a lot of requests for songs that are already tabbed(some songs multiple times)So do yourself a favor and see if the song is there before requesting it .Thank you .

The system also works that way that it first performs a seach. If you try to request a song and the system finds on it redirects you to the song and doesn't submit the request. Unfortunately it doesn't work well with typos (yet). If a song title is misspelled it will post a request.

I agree, it is always good to search first and try to spell the song name correctly
Doesn't matter, what if there's multiple shitty tabs?

start a topic and bitch about it here and hope someone takes pity on you and comes up with a good one
That makes no sense because I was pointing out a problem in your request system. I have tried to request songs a few times that were already posted but they were horrible or mediocre and therefore I was unable to request a song. So I don't know what you're getting all uptight about.

I think he's saying rather than just requesting a tab of a song that already exists, you should start a thread acknowledging a tab for said song already exists, but is not to your liking. You should explain why you have fault with said tab in hopes of someone agreeing with your distain for said tab and takes another shot at making your miserable life tolerable once more.

I may be paraphrasing.

The search function would be aided dramatically if tabbers took the time to make sure band and song titles were spelled correctly and were correctly punctuated before submitting their tabs. It only takes a second to google (or even look at a CD cover) to be sure. There's really no excuse why we have multiple misspells for bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd or R.E.M. other than simple laziness. If you don't know how to spell it, look it up first!
There's like 5 Lynyrd Skynyrds on here

In the ‘B’ section there's Beatles tabs; Beatles, The tabs; and in the ‘T’ section we have The Beatles tabs.

I hate lazy peo

I know. And when you try to look up R.E.M., you don't get the band at all, but a song which happens to have the letters “r.e.m.” as part of the song title. You actually have to search for R.E.M. songs by title because entering the band's name – spelled properly, all caps with periods – doesn't show up in search results at all.
Mark were you too lazy to finish the word people?
