Retirement of the band due to Malcolms ill health is not exactly a split is it. I do wonder though if it had been Phill or Cliff would they still be making the same decision. Anyways no Young bros no AC/DC for me and a sad way to have to call it a day.
Last watched them on the Black Ice Tour 2009 at Wembley Stadium and they were far from washed up. But 5 years is a long time so who really knows what condition they are all in. But it has now been confirmed that Malcolm will be taking a break from the band and they really will miss his song writing and riffage abilities. As for the new album im hoping for Powerage pt2 and not leftovers from the Fly On The Wall sessions !
