I'm playing in a metal band and I plan to buy a new bass which I'll play for a long time. So I need to be 100% sure which bass I should buy. I have to choose between a “Jackson JS3 Q Kelly Bird TBB” and a “Sterling by Music Man S.U.B. Stingray 4 BK”.
What did you go for
I'm still buying another bass. Despite Marko's brilliant suggestion.
Like I said on another thread, I modified an Ibanez to BEAD tuning. It's a real player and is doesn't make me want a five string at all. It's light, the string spacing is okay and I don't miss that G string at all. Here's what that bass can do…
