The request list only holds so many entries, so they scroll off. I got the impression that the list is still there, but the entries don't show on the page.
I guess the solution is to re-add it, but if it didn't get picked up before I wouldn't expect a different response this time.
Yes, it's all stored, unfortunately there's no way to go searching past the first page of the requests.
I totally am going to fix this and work more on the website soon. I'm really really busy with my PhD at the moment (as you've probably noticed there's not a lot of new stuff going on and tab approval is a bit slow lately).
I promise I'll get back to working on the site more as soon as I have some more free time!
