This tab will illustrate several diatonic tapping exercises.
*diatonic = all the notes are in one key*
First we'll start with the basic triads
*triad = A basic 3 note chord with no additional color*
Ex) major, minor, augmented, diminished
Then we'll add different "colors" to the basic triads.
*"colors" = any other interval that is not some kind of 1,3 or 5*
Ex) any kind of 2,4,6 or 7
(If this doesn't make any sense, check out my interval tabs)
We will use G major as our key center for every example.
