Someone offered to trade me a BC Rich Innovator EMG HZ with active electronics for my Tbird. Anyone know what it's worth and its quality? It's a 4 string, not 5. Can't find anything about it
You can have passive pick ups with active pre-amps, no problem, I've got that set up on my hand made bass. B C Rich are known for their wacky heavy metal guitars, I think Gene Simmons might have played a B C Rich Bitch, but I don't know about the Innovator. Early B Cs were made in the U S but as with most things the Far East often beckons. If you want active electronics fit a pre-amp into your T Bird, it's not as difficult as you might think and they aren't that expensive
So I just traded my bass an hour ago, that motherfucker ripped me off. Makes me pissed off so fucking much. The bass he gave me didn't even fucking work. And it was beat to shit. So my mom and I searched for his car and found him at his house and got my beloved Tbird back. But the fucking Tbird smells like smoke. They guy had it for THIRTY MINUTES.
He texted me saying he has another bass to trade. It's a like 700 dollar Ibanez Soundgear for my 400 dollar Tbird. Hahaha he also told me it's brand new. Pretty funny
