HELP PLEASE! Reference: RANCID - NOT TO REGRET bass tab

Hi bass peoples.
I wonder if anyone could help me please, I’ve been trying to learn the song “Not to regret” by Rancid for weeks and I’m nearly there. I can play the intro, solo and chorus but struggling to find the correct tab for the verse. There are many versions of this tab out there. Until the legend himself, Matt Freeman, uploaded a video of him playing it to YouTube this week, which discredits any version of all the tabs out there. Which helps explain why I haven’t been able to get it to sound right.

Anyway if any of you bass legends can help that would be most appreciated.
