I know some of you are pros at the bass. And some its a hobby a past time whatever. Just wondering if any of you guys have other hobbies. My brother and I throw boomerangs. And before you laugh. They are real and some go 100 meters and back. And yes we catch them. Been a hobby of ours for about 13 years. If interested check out flight-toys.com. Ted Bailey. Excellent guy and a boomerang auction is going on as we speak. Also we target shoot. That's been a hobby for I guess since 2012. So was just wondering if there are other people out there that have any of those hobbies especially boomerangs. Would love to hear from you. Bass Boomerangs Beer Bbq Babes Booyah…

Supporting the local punk scene , try and get to at least 1 or 2 a month with my mates. To be fair most of them are well established original bands from the 70/80's but you get see them again in small pubs and clubs the size they would of played when they originally started out .

You also get to see new emerging talent as support,last nights band was really cool . All girl band called Pussy Liquor , the song Lady Wank was a real crowd pleaser

Oh and drinking , I'm no expert but I get in plenty of practice;

The sounded very reminiscent of early L7 , all originals though

Good stuff
Four decades ago I was a radio amateur.
Three decades ago I built kites.
Later I started cooking, mainly Mediterranean and Indonesian. I still like to cook a good meal, but not that often.

I'm a boring guy. I draw, read, watch (and write) movies, play video games, and of course I play bass (and guitar). I also try to squeeze in a hike when I can, but since moving to the Appalachians a while back, where the local wildlife includes bears, bobcats and various venomous snakes, hiking can be lethal (or at the very least, perilous).

I like re-fitting jiggered bass' though I have not done one for over a year. I have 12 altogether of which 8 have been modified to some degree.

Archery. I'm terrible at it, but it's fun.

Loudlon. Are you kidding me. Drawing reading writing movies. That's sounds really interesting to me. Have you ever submitted a script. Takes a lot of motivation to that kind of thing but can really pay off. Jay kites are like boomerangs. They have airfoils as well to keep them a float. You should try boomeranging. Only sport I know of that you can do on your own. Just remember if you throw a real one. You are the target. LOL. They can hurt if you don't catch them right. You don't want to catch them with your face. I have some a eighth of an inch thick. Sharp and fast. 0 to 60 miles an hour in one second. If you lose sight of it. You just turn around and cover. And you guys that build guitars and do mods that's a hobby I would like to learn. Oh yes Jay forgot to mention I love to cook as well. Made Mexican enchiladas today. And last but not least. Trying to get back at everyone. Not on the computer to much lately. PinchAndStab. Heres the thing. I was never good at throwing boomerangs it took lots of practice but now I am. I was never good at bass. It has also taken a lot of practice and its getting better. Don't stop the archery. One day you will go. Hey I am pretty good at this. Then its all worth it. Isnt it. Never give up. Ever. Johnny…
