Thank you Hugorj. I think your verse fixes something in mine, but I think where you have the 1s up on the G and D string is too high. It sounds wrong (too high) to me. Let's see what Gerr and Mari7 - and hopefully Ezzo - think. Thanks for the quick feedback!
I have a 1978 Ibanez Silver Series p-bass coming. I bought from a 74 year old bassist (played for over 50 yers) who says it was the best bass he ever had, but not he's playing anymore. My first real bass was a 1977 Silver Series jazz bass, and I still have it because it is a great bass. So now, if not broken during shipping, I will have both j and p basses in this Silver Series.
Thanks Gerr. I hope to finish this one today. And Hugorj gets credit too - we in this thread work together to try to get very good tabs. In this song, Hugorj has helped to make the verse part better, and (by doing this) also helped me figure out what key the song is in. (And once you know this, it is easier to get the correct notes in the tab.) So thank you, Hugorj!
