The text in your tab is too wide for the text field to handle, which is why it shrank the font size. Keep your text to no more than 100 characters or so wide to avoid that happening.

Hey guys I hope I fixed the small problem of size.

What I delete :

You can include text, just make sure the width doesn't exceed the page's capability or that's when it shrinks the font size to try and make it fit. If your text is too wide, just add a break to shorten it then continue it on a new line.
