Timing is pretty easy. During the solo, riff1 is played with fill1 in
somewhere along the way. Listen and you'll spot it. 

Please note that there is no bass in any (or very few at least) of the
White Stripe's song (there's only a drummer and a guitarist/singer) so 
this interpretation is of what a basic bassline would sound like ;)
