Sorry if this has already been a topic but has anyone used a “ bass rail”??, I'm thinking of either adding a homemade one and/or getting one, my pickup is narrow and pushes back into the body when I put my thumb on it, and its getting annoying!
There is another thread on this subject, but as Mark has pointed out it seems like your pick up mounting springs are a bit feeble, you can take them out and stretch them a bit or buy new ones from Allparts
Done, thanks!, and it's a ramp!, I will hit up a few shops and online to see what I can find, It's only a very cheap bass so I don't mind if I drill a few holes!
