Something For Kate — Old Pictures bass tabs

Band:Something For Kate
Song:Old Pictures
Cd:Echolalia

Play in standard tuning, this tab is correct until further
notice, when it will be wrong, but eventually more right than
ever before, then eventually, ostensibly left liberal but
covertly Trotskyist.

I've tabbed this out in sections and included a thing at the end
that will tell you in which order to play them. You know, just in
case you've never heard the song and need it spelled out for you.

Don't give me that look, i've seen it done.

If you want to use this tab on your own site, there is absolutely
nothing i can do to stop you and will most likely never find out.
Even so, at least be cool and let me know. Jesus sure would.

If this tab is incorrect, email me so I can try and fix it.
(Don't worry, I'm not American, so "fix" doesn't mean i'll
remove it from the archive, delete it completely, and deny that
it ever existed.)

Bridge

The bridge lasts for about 8 bars, and is as good an excuse to
improvise as anything else you can think up. Except maybe finding
that you've woken up in a giant seashell right, and this giant
hermit crab has come home been all "Hey, what are you doing in my
shell? If you don't improvise a bridge for me i'm going to snip you
up and eat you!" Contrary to popular analogies, crabs are gracious
hosts providing you don't break and enter.

However, you should have thought have that before your aspirations to
own an all in one house and tidal pool with really killer acoustics
got in the way of your knowledge of the pyschology of giant
crustaceans, and so to appease the mighty crab you will have to
solo well based upon the notes being used by Steph (who is nowhere
near, and won't be rescuing you from the mighty giant fascist
hermit crab. She's busy bargaining with giant seagulls, trying
to implement within their primitive society a form of socialism
that will allow each bird to recieve an even amount of food from
their benefactors without the eruption of a class struggle.)

Now that you've saved yourself from the mighty giant fascist hermit
crab of doom and the rest of the world from brutally enforced societal
monotony (and all in just 8 bars) you have earned your freedom from
the giant seashell which you so foolishly broke into in search of...

Verse Variations!

For the next four bars, play the verse that you know and love,
letting out your pent up creativity and various artistically
motivational emotions in the form of minor variations.

Here are some I prepared earlier.

Chorus + Outroduction

Continue playing this until the song ends, which should be
about eight times all up. Any other impressive improvisational
ideas can be deposited here as part of our new Chorus and
Outroduction beautification program.

I love photography and I like working with old photos. Today we live in an era of technology. I found a website and learned a lot of techniques in the photography process. Now I know how to work with colors and other details.
