Notes:      There is quite a bit of overlap and playing along with
            the guitar part in this.  Many times, both play the
            same notes, but in a different octave.  This makes
            it a little hard to pick out the right notes at times.
            Also, the original bassist takes quite a bit of liberty
            and plays this piece very "loose".  I've tried to
            represent that below, but did not have the time or
            inclination to tab out every single variation.
