I play this with my left pointer finger baring the
A D and G strings on the ninth fret, using my left
middle finger to tap the tenth fret on the E string,
with my right hand I use my middle on the sixteenth,
pointer on the fifteenth and ring on the seventeenth. 
Claypool plays this on a six string fretless, so dont 
be suprised if this doesnt sound right.
