TABS vs Notation

no sweat, take your time
I like to have both actually. The tabs so I can see the notes quickly but also the notation so I can learn the rhythm.
I think that's what it was meant for. In professionally published books, they are used together.
Tab gives you a quick guide to finger placement, the standard notation gives you all the other information: key signatures, rhythm, tempo, etc. To me, they are best used together.
For someone who is just starting out like myself, tabs are so easy to learn.
Hey Johnny. I have sent you a couple of notated songs. I still have much more but I wrote it out by hand or they in books

Thanks Masked Bassman, I've received them. I'll add them to the site soon!
