learning the name of every fret was a must for me…then when folks would say, “play A,G,A,C” I knew what to do
Best advice I would give you is that you need to get out and play with other people, get into a band with other newbies, or hit an open jam , play! and network, ask for help.
I get bored practicing and playing to cds. I have to play out and cut loose…
Playing for 30 yrs now, semi pro.
